The overarching goal of August 2017 to August 2018 is building my physical self.
1 ) BODY BUILDING
By August 2018 I will weigh 175 lbs at roughly 10% body fat (currently 163 lbs at roughly 10% body fat).
I will have maintained a singular focus for the entire year on body building- gaining muscle mass.
I will have pushed myself in the gym harder than I ever have before (already happened just last week on leg day and I learned so much from that).
I will live a life of spartan discipline in pursuit of this one goal.
2 ) COCK BUILDING
By August 2018 my penis will measure 6.5×5 inches (currently 5.5×4 inches)
I will use the bathmate AT LEAST 5 times a week for 10 minutes in the shower. EVERY TIME I SHOWER.
I will maintain steadfast discipline to this goal and will not let a day go by where I did not move closer to this goal.
Every man should know what he stands for and where he draws the line. Someone once said that “the measure of a man is the things he cares about”. So what do I care about?
Life is nothing without your health. Getting sick is a setback. It derails plans and makes you weak. Health is paramount. The biggest thing for me is sleep. Staying up late is okay but not if you have to get up early and go to work the next morning. Always get as much sleep as you possibly can because it is the single most important thing to being healthy.
I care to be a man of my word. It is important to me that what comes out of my mouth carries weight. That if I say it to be so then you can know that I will make it happen. I can gain the trust of people that I care about if I say what I mean and do what I say.
